Annual Reports in accordance with RSA 20:7

The New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration is statutorily required to issue an Annual Report. The Annual Report is required to cover periods ending June 30 and to be submitted to the Governor and Council, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Senate President by October 1.

Tax Expenditure Reports in accordance with RSA 77-A:5-a

On or before February 1 of every calendar year , the Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration is required to certify to the New Hampshire General Court and the Governor an analysis of each of the past year's credits allowed under RSA 77-A, RSA 77-E, RSA 83-C, RSA 83-D, and RSA 400-A against the Business Profits Tax imposed by RSA 77-A and the apportionment factors under RSA 77-A:3, II(a).
