Rev 300 Business Profits Tax Rules are now Readopted and Filed

Commissioner Stepp has readopted Chapter Rev 300, Business Profits Tax.  The adopted text of the Chapter Rev 300 rules was filed with the Office of Legislative Services on April 2, 2025 and became effected on April 3, 2025.  To view the adopted text please visit our Laws & Rules page under the Business and Individual tab
