Business Enterprise Tax and Business Profits Tax Filing Threshold Adjustment

The DRA has issued Technical Information Release 2024-004 to advise taxpayers and tax practitioners of a statutorily required adjustment to the Business Enterprise Tax (BET) and Business Profits Tax (BPT) filing thresholds for taxable periods beginning on January 1, 2025.
