Tax Year 2015 Business and Interest and Dividends Tax Forms and Instructions

On Friday, January 15, 2016 the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration has made available all the Tax Year 2015 Business and Interest and Dividends Tax Forms and Instructions. To obtain forms visit the Department's website at http://www.revenue.nh.gov/forms/index.htm or call our forms line at (603) 230-5001.

Once again the Department will soon be accepting 2015 Interest and Dividends Tax (I&D) forms (Form DP-10, Interest and Dividends Tax Return and Form DP-2210/2220, Exceptions and Penalty For Underpayment of Estimated Tax) electronically.
