• Print a copy of the form and prepare your calculations on the worksheet provided.  Fill-in forms do not provide the calculations for you.  Once you are ready to type your personal information and numbers on the form, scroll down to the first field of the form, past any worksheets.
• To see the heading in the boxes or for a closer view of a form, click on the "%" tab at the bottom of the Acrobat Reader screen in your browser and then select a magnification.
• Use the mouse to select (click on) a specific field.
• Use the "tab" key to move through the fields on a form.
• Click the mouse button to mark or unmark a box.
• If a form is more than one page in length, use the scroll bar to move from page to page.
