Adobe Acrobat Reader "plug in" must be installed on your computer to access any form on this web site. To order forms by telephone, call (603) 271-2192. Visit the Adobe website to access free ADOBE software. Forms access works best when using the most recent Adobe Acrobat Reader version available.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The fill-in feature may NOT allow you to save your completed form to your PC hard drive or disk using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you exit the Acrobat Reader, then try to get back to the form you completed, your data will be gone and you will have to start over. You SHOULD print some copies of the completed return before you leave the page.
In the event your browser saves your personal data, you will need to edit your Adobe Acrobat preferences, disable the auto-fill feature, and delete the saved data. If you are using a public or shared computer, clear your internet browser cache. These steps vary depending on your software. Visit Adobe's website to access Adobe's instructions on troubleshooting problems.
How to Use Fill-in Forms (For easy reference, print these instructions prior to using fill-in forms)
- Print a copy of the form and prepare your calculations on the worksheet provided. Fill-in forms do not provide the calculations for you. Once you are ready to type your personal information and numbers on the form, scroll down to the first field of the form, past any worksheets.
- To see the heading in the boxes or for a closer view of a form, click on the "%" tab at the bottom of the Acrobat Reader screen in your browser and then select a magnification.
- Use the mouse to select (click on) a specific field.
- Use the "tab" key to move through the fields on a form.
- Click the mouse button to mark or unmark a box.
- If a form is more than one page in length, use the scroll bar to move from page to page.
