RETT Returns To Be Accepted Electronically
As part of its ongoing effort to modernize filing for taxpayers, the New
Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) is pleased to announce
that, on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, taxpayers will have the option to file Real
Estate Transfer Tax (RETT) returns (Form CD-57-S and Form CD-57-P), as well as
Form PA-34, electronically on the DRA's website through e-File New Hampshire. In
one electronic submission, the RETT returns will be filed with the DRA and the
Form PA-34 will be filed electronically with the city or town. And, as you'll
notice when filing, the RETT returns are shorter. The DRA performed a
comprehensive review of the RETT returns as part of its modernization effort.
