Power of Attorney Form and Signature - Rev 2902.03, Rev 2903.03

Rev 2902.03 is being adopted to define the word “facsimile signature.” Rev 2903.03 is being readopted with amendments that reflect modernized industry standards for the use of alternative forms of signature. Additionally, the Department’s mailing address has been updated and an email address has been established for taxpayers to file their fully executed power of attorney form.
